The Annotation Tool allows you to leave notes on the scene from review sessions, such as feedback, action items, or ideas. Notes are attached to elements so you can easily refer back to the issue.
There are various ways to interact with Annotation tool in Desktop mode and in VR:
1. Desktop annotations
Simply activate the tool using the "pen and paper" icon in the Toolbar (screen left). This will allow you to view all annotations already created or add a new annotation.
To create a new annotation, click the "Add new" button at the top of the panel. Text entry fields will appear for you to enter any descriptions you would like to add. You can choose to take a screenshot to accompany your annotation. Once confirmed, click on an element in the scene to position your note.

2. VR annotations
While in VR, you can view and cycle through all the annotations you have made in Desktop mode. They appear as ‘scenes’, making it a useful tool in the design review process.
